The Integrative
Movement Center is dedicated to enhancing the health of the
community through movement, education and awareness. Our goal is to
help each participant realize better function for their body by
working within the parameters of stability, where true strength is
realized.
IMC specializes in Pilates, Core Conditioning, and Functional Training. We
offer one-on-one, semi-private and small group training, as well as
a variety of classes including; Pilates mat, Yoga, Spinning,
Strength and Conditioning, “Booty” Camp, Continuum Movement and
Dance.

Darin started
fitness training in 1998 and in 2000 began building upon his
knowledge and understanding of the body through studies in Pilates
and functional training. He has worked with clients ranging in age
from twelve to eighty-three and also with a variety of physical
conditions and challenges. His goal is simple: to help people make
positive changes in their health and fitness as well as in their
posture, breathing and movement patterns. Darin is certified through
the Cooper Institute in Dallas, Texas and through Stott Pilates in
Toronto, Canada.
